Al Madina Real Estate Company SAOC (the “Company”) is registered and incorporated in the Sultanate of Oman as a close joint stock company. The Company commenced its commercial activities on 1 July 2005. The Company is engaged in real estate investment and development and the leasing and maintenance of the real estate properties. Currently the Company and its management manages constructed real estate over $1 billion mark through its SPVs formed over last period of fifteen (15) years.
